Highlights of the International Workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation of Global Health Programs
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the 9-day face-to-face workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation of Global Health Programs, held in Dubai, UAE from 21st to 30th March 2018.
Prior to the workshop, participants completed a foundation course in Monitoring and Evaluation which covered the basics of Monitoring and Evaluation. Throughout the course of the workshop, time was allotted for exercises, group work and discussions around common Monitoring and Evaluation issues.
The workshop provided a platform for participants to share and learn from other country experiences to strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation systems for their project and country. Participants worked in groups of 3-4 on different case studies from different countries and on final day of the workshop, they presented their work as well as the Monitoring and Evaluation plan to other participants and facilitators in the areas of Maternal Health, Communicable Diseases and High Impact Health Services
