Ms. Squire comes with 30 years of international public health program management experience working with private, non-profit and public sector partners, bi-lateral, multi-lateral and non-governmental donors.  Her expertise lies in facilitating management teams, strategic planning, consensus building, executive team organization, team building, vision and mission development, and developing management and leadership skills. She enjoys the challenges of interim, turn-around leadership positions in multicultural situations.

Dr. Lakhwinder Singh Sidhu


With nearly three decades of experience working in public health and health systems, Doctorate from the University of Oxford, held a faculty appointment at the Department of International Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He was instrumental in setting up third party evaluation and first national health systems balanced scorecard for any country.

GMS certified Global Fund PSM consultant; has over 25 years of experience of working with major International Funding Institutions and bilateral donors to undertake high value pharmaceutical procurements, has contributed to the major pharmaceutical PSM publications, including Managing Drug Supply by MSH, and specialist works on HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria commodities

Sangeeta Tikyani

Ms. Tikyani has more than 13 years of professional experience in the field of public health. Ms. Tikyani’s areas of expertise are Health System Strengthening (M & E, HMIS, HRH, and Service Quality), Capacity Building, Quality Assurance/Improvement, Hospital Management, Public Health Education and Program Management. Ms. Tikyani is a certified National NABH Assessor by QCI and has been awarded by the Department of H&FW, Government of Gujarat for her valuable contribution at various levels in delivering the quality of health services through better hospital management to the community.

Sachin Jagtap

Mr. Jagtap has more than 15 years of experience with core expertise in the area of supply chain. His specific areas of expertise are quantifications/forecasting, SCM design and strategy, SCM risk assessment and management, procurement, Information technology in logistics, infrastructure, warehousing and inventory management.  He has worked as Director, Supply Chain and Access, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Regional Logistics Coordinator South Asia, Oxfam and Principal Consultant – Supply Chain with Technopak Advisors Pvt. Ltd. where he lead the supply chain sub-practice and played key role in business development and delivery and consulted clients across India and the Middle East.

He was a member of the Medical Research Council, and he worked closely on several programs of the European Union, the World Health Organization and the International Union of Pharmacology, and as Chair of the Committee on Safety of Medicines.
